In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bos27" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to bos27.pro and its operating entity, including all products, services, games, and features made available through the website located at https://bos27.pro.
• "Terms" / "Terms & Conditions" / "Agreement" — refers to this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Player" / "User" / "Account Holder" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for and/or uses a bos27 account.
• "Account" — refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on bos27, associated with a unique username and IDR wallet.
• "IDR Wallet" — refers to the Indonesian Rupiah balance held within a Player's bos27 account, used for deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Games" — collectively refers to all gaming products available on bos27, including but not limited to sports betting (togel, bandar bola, sabung ayam), live casino, slot machines, video poker, and Domino QQ.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" — refers to any credit, free spin, cashback, rebate, or other incentive offered by bos27 to Players under specific conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; refers to the identity verification process requiring Players to submit valid identification documents, including Indonesian KTP.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by bos27 for all operational purposes including customer support hours, draw schedules, and promotional periods.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of bos27, including natural disasters, telecommunications outages, government actions, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

By accessing bos27.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you enter into a legally binding agreement with bos27 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the date you first access the Platform.

bos27 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

To register and maintain an account on bos27, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bos27 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all products and jurisdictions it serves. Registering on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor in accessing bos27 is strictly prohibited.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or an individual otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from your location at the time of play.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under any legal disability, court order, or restriction that would prohibit or impair your ability to enter into this Agreement.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) bos27 account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be employed by bos27 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners in a role that would create a conflict of interest. Immediate family members of such employees are also ineligible.
6. Not Self- Excluded: You must not have applied for self-exclusion on bos27 or any other gaming platform where such exclusion extends to bos27. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded may not circumvent that restriction by registering a new account.

bos27 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to bos27's satisfaction.

To access real-money gaming services on bos27, you must create a personal account via the bos27 Login page. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian KTP (national identity card)
• Valid date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. bos27 will never contact you to request your password.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified bos27 of a security breach via our 24/7 live chat support. bos27 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

bos27 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

bos27 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. KYC verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle at bos27's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being suspended until verification is successfully completed.

KYC verification requires Players to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

1. Government-issued photo ID: A valid Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) is the primary accepted document. International passports may be accepted for non-Indonesian-resident Players at bos27's discretion.
2. Proof of payment method ownership: A screenshot or photograph confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name. For bank accounts, a recent statement header or account details screen showing your name and account number is sufficient.
3. Selfie verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note bearing your bos27 username and the current date, if requested by the compliance team.

All financial transactions on bos27 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). bos27 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which bos27 accepts no responsibility.

6.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single-deposit cap, though bos27 reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance purposes.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where identified. Reversal fees and any associated charges will be borne by the Player.
• E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your IDR Wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, typically within 2–5 minutes during normal WIB banking hours. During peak periods or public holidays, processing times may extend.
• bos27 is not responsible for deposit delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.

6.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated to you during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) requirement. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, bos27's compliance team will work with you to identify a verified alternative.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be queued until KYC is completed.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) for verified accounts are typically completed within 2 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and others) are typically completed within 2–5 minutes during normal WIB banking hours.
• bos27 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with a Player's typical activity, or otherwise flagged by bos27's risk and compliance systems. Such reviews may extend processing times and will be communicated to the affected Player.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Clause 7 before they may be withdrawn.

bos27 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies.
2. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only participate in one bonus promotion at a time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
3. Expiry: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
4. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table game variants may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%) compared to slot titles (typically 100%). Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
5. Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is applied to your account, maximum single bets are capped at Rp 100.000 per round or wager unless the relevant promotion specifies otherwise. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6. Abuse and Fraud: bos27 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms unfairly.
7. Seasonal Promotions: bos27 may offer enhanced promotional terms during Indonesian cultural and public holidays including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, and Nyepi. Specific terms will be published on the Platform ahead of each promotion period.

All games available on bos27 — including sports betting, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, slots, video poker, and Domino QQ — are governed by the rules of the respective game and the terms of the relevant game provider. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, these Terms shall prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to bos27's acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference. bos27 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface or betting slip prior to placement.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or if a palpable error occurred in the odds or game outcome. Voided bets are returned to the Player's IDR Wallet at the original stake amount.
• Disconnection Policy: bos27 is not responsible for bets or game rounds that are interrupted due to Player-side connectivity issues. If a bet or game round is interrupted on bos27's side, the Platform will use its best endeavours to settle the wager in a fair and transparent manner consistent with the state of play at the time of disconnection.
• Sportsbook — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to separate minimum and maximum payout limits. Where one leg of a parlay is voided, the parlay continues as a reduced-leg accumulator.
• Integrity: bos27 cooperates with sporting integrity bodies to monitor for suspicious betting patterns. Accounts identified as placing coordinated suspicious bets may be suspended pending investigation.

bos27 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from within the account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Changes to a limit that decrease the cap take effect immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to be notified when their active session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed and the Player's account will be closed with immediate effect. Remaining eligible balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bos27 and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Operating more than one bos27 account, or registering a new account following a self-exclusion
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Any form of cheating, collusion, or use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform; exploiting such vulnerabilities to the Player's financial advantage, even unintentionally, will result in reversal of any resulting gains
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using bos27 in connection with any proceeds of unlawful activity
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, arbitrage betting, or any pattern of play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for recreational gaming
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, impairs, or overloads the bos27 platform infrastructure
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property from bos27 without prior written consent

All content on bos27.pro — including but not limited to the bos27 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bos27 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any bos27 content without prior written authorisation.

Game content made available on bos27 is licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos27 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data, business opportunity, or goodwill
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the Platform caused by events outside bos27's reasonable control, including Force Majeure events, third-party payment processing outages, or internet service disruptions
• Losses attributable to your own failure to keep account credentials secure

Where bos27's liability cannot be wholly excluded by law, bos27's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bos27 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

bos27 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, bos27 collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account administration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the improvement of Platform services. bos27 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

All data transmissions on bos27 are secured using 256-bit SSL encryption. KYC documents are retained for the period required by applicable anti-money-laundering regulations and then securely deleted.

bos27 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the gaming contract — bos27 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage and/or by direct communication to your registered contact details.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

If you do not accept a material change to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform before the change takes effect and contact our support team to close your account and arrange a withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles, applied in a manner consistent with the commercial context of an internationally operated online gaming platform serving Indonesian players.
